1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a partner on AgriShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
2. Partner Eligibility
Partners must be legally registered businesses or individuals operating in Uganda. Partners must provide accurate information and documentation during the registration process.
3. Services and Listings
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their product and service listings. AgriShare reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
4. Payments and Commissions
Partners agree to AgriShare's commission structure. Payments are settled within 7 business days of transaction completion.
5. Data and Privacy
Partner information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with 30 days written notice. AgriShare reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.
